There was a huge turnout (approx. 30, which is 3-times of normal) at the last Delhi Bloggers' meet, which made it very special. The reason it turned out so had to do with some special overseas guests from BBC London. These journalists, Julian (producer of Digital Planet), Gareth (presenter of the same show) and Bill (Net activism and blogging expert from the United Kingdom), were on a tour to find out the state of digital technology in India. And, the impact that it is making to Indian society at large was also a motive. Let me skip ranting about the show with the link to the BBC site, describing it.
I reached some 30 minutes after the gathering started. Well, there were a couple people turning up after me also 
. Here was a heated discussion ongoing. Politics, NGO's, citizen journalism and many issues were touched upon.
